Volunteering is one way you can show you care for your community, are keen to make a contribution to the lives of others, and want to connect with new people.

There are a range of community organisations within the City of Subiaco, many of which are actively seeking volunteers. Whether you're interested in the environment, health and wellbeing, sport and recreation, arts and culture or community services, there is a volunteering opportunity to suit everyone.

The City of Subiaco has a number of programs and projects where volunteers make regular and valued contributions.The City's volunteers help provide services across a range of areas including seniors activities, library, museum, environment, and recreation. All vacant City of Subiaco volunteer positions are advertised via Volunteering WA.

Volunteer Resource Centre 

Volunteer Resource Centres are run out of the Nedlands, Claremont, Subiaco, and The Grove (Peppermint Grove) Libraries. This one-stop service is staffed by an experienced Volunteer Resource Officer who can provide you with information about volunteering, local volunteer positions available, and can assist you to find a suitable role. Visit the Subiaco Volunteer Resource Centre - Wednesdays, 10.30am to 1.30pm, Subiaco Library.
