Subiaco Street Party 2018
The streets of Subiaco will come alive again this April as See Subiaco andUpBeat Events proudly present the third annual Subiaco Street Party, supported by the City of Subiaco.
This year’s event stretches up Rokeby Road all the way from Roberts Road to Barker Road, and winding down Hay Street – with a carnival atmosphere brought to life with multiple performance stages, roving entertainers, buskers, pop-up bars, food trucks and market stalls.
The See Subiaco Main Stage will play host to a huge range of live music, including local international sensations Randa and the Soul Kingdom, Glastonbury showstoppers Formidable Vegetable Sound System, plus Perth favourite DJ Charlie Bucket.
The Global Village is set to be an international fiesta of epic proportions, featuring everything from Mexican Mariachis and the Latin party band Orquesta Yambeque to Bollywood dancing and Japanese Taiko On drumming.
The Kids quarter will be packed with plenty to keep even the littlest party animals entertained for hours with face painting, craft activities, Aussie Homeloans sand art, Old Macdonald's Farm, Dymocks Storytime, carnival rides, circus acts and a host of amazing eclectic buskers, including roving Primadonna Duo and Groovesaurus!
This free community event celebrates Subiaco's rich character, heritage and culture, and everyone is welcome!
