If you fancy yourself as the next Annie Leibovitz or David LaChapelle, it’s time to get your camera out and start snapping for your chance to win a share of more than $4500 in cash prizes.
Better yet, you’ll also get your work exhibited at Subiaco Library.
Submissions for the City of Subiaco Photographic Awards are now open until Sunday 6 March.
In its 21
st year, the submissions can fall into three categories:
- Subiaco – photos taken in the City of Subiaco
- Mobile – photos taken with a camera phone
- Open – any photos not fitting the other two categories.
This year for the first time, the City is also awarding a resident’s prize to a Subiaco resident that’s submitted a photo in any of the categories.
Photographers can submit up to three photos for consideration and must be six years of age or over.
Finalists will be exhibited at Subiaco Library from Saturday 30 April to Sunday 29 May.
