The City has once again partnered with WESROC to offer ratepayers up to 80 local native plants for their verge and garden at the subsidised cost of $1.75 each.
As well as enhancing and supporting local biodiversity, native plants require little water or fertiliser once they’re established.
From
Monday 2 May, APACE Nursery in North Fremantle will facilitate the scheme, which will run through to June (or until stocks run out).
Proof of residency is required.
