Lords Recreation Centre has had a refresh just in time for summer, with new cardio equipment being installed.
The upgraded equipment includes eight new treadmills, six bikes, six ellipticals, four rowers and two ski-ergs and a range of specialised new machines, including a new Evolt 360 bodyscanner.
Plus, Lords is set to be the first gym in Western Australia to be equipped with Matrix upper body cycles. These machines are an option for those with lower back or lower limb issues who are seeking cardio training without stressing the lower body.
Some notable programs now available on the new cardio machines include 'iFit', 'Sprint 8' and 'Virtual Active', which offer immersive excercise experiences that are updated regularly, so there will be new content available at regular periods throughout the year.
Visit the
Lords website for membership information, and be sure to stop by the gym to check out the new machines if you're already a member!
