Christmas magic in the City of Subiaco

There's Christmas cheer for all ages in the City of Subiaco this festive season!

The Subiaco Twilight Trail is back to light up the night, with eight spectacular large-scale installations that weave a trail through the heart of Subiaco.This year, the trail includes the iconic golden tree, a big Santa with a present, and a giant gold and red hot air balloon. 

Plus, don’t forget to scan the QR code at each installation to unlock augmented reality magic as part of the Twinkling Treasure Hunt!

Subiaco's Christmas Cocktail Trail is back by popular demand. From Friday 28 November, embark on a self-guided adventure through local bars and eateries for exclusive Christmas-inspired cocktails.The trail is a festive way to celebrate with friends and family while supporting local businesses. Highlights on this year's trail include the Merry Matcha at Refuge Small Bar and Subiaco Hotel's Gingerbread Martini. Download the Cocktail Trail map to read all of the locations and offers. 

If you'd like to join a group on the Cocktail Trail, Oh Hey WA are running three Festive Sundowner walking tours of Subi as part of their partnership with See Subiaco. The tours run on Wednesday 26 November, Wednesday 3 December, and Wednesday 10 December and include drinks at two venues plus food to share. Bookings essential. 

The City’s iconic sunset@subi concerts are also back this season, kicking off on Sunday 21 December at Lake Jualbup with a special Christmas edition. Enjoy an evening of Christmas carols and popular Christmas songs alongside a picnic with friends and family. Santa himself will also be making a special appearance!

Kids can post their letters to Santa at Subiaco Libraryfrom Monday 1 December, and collect a response via Subiaco Library straight from the North Pole every Tuesday (final delivery Tuesday 23 December). Don’t forget to include your wish list and ask Santa any questions you’d like!Children under five can also meet Santa and his elf at Christmas Storytime on Tuesday 9 December.

And finally, the Subi Night Market will be running all festive season long, on Saturday evenings from 5pm to 9pm at Market Square Park.
