Roaming Education and Community Health (REACH) is a training and primary health care initiative that delivers health services to the community and provides clinical training opportunities for our enrolled nursing students. Under the direct supervision of registered nurses enrolled nursing students provide health checks for the general community.
Take 15 minutes to see the friendly REACH staff on Wednesday 9 November for a free health check outside Subiaco Museum. Drop in between 10am to 2pm for a brief confidential discussion about your health and wellbeing. The check-up includes:
• Blood pressure check
• Blood glucose level check
• Girth measurement
• Type 2 diabetes risk assessment
• Information about your heath
This free, drop-in session is open to all adults. No registration required.
