Commercial parking e-permits
Commercial Parking E-Permits allow any tradesperson or utility service to park near a development without having to observe time restrictions of more than 30 minutes.
These e-permits have increased flexibility allowing a vehicle to park on any street or in any City car station as needed, can be applied for directly from your phone, are approved and live in minutes and provide a tax invoice for each permit purchased.
By using Commercial Parking E-Permits, trades vehicles ensure that they are always parked legally and do not run the risk of receiving a parking infringement.
Commercial Parking E-Permits are $10 for a half day or $20 for a full day.
Parking management for private properties
City Rangers are available to help manage vehicles parked without authorisation on your private property.
This initiative is designed to protect parking bays on commercial and retail premises. New applicants pay an initial registration fee of $130 and purchase carpark signage for $70 (small sign) or $80 (large sign).
Registration fees are applicable for a period of twelve months between 1 August and 31 July. The annual renewal fee for existing users is $100. To join the program, download and complete the Private property parking register application.
