Apply online
Development planning applications are most conveniently and efficiently lodged online through the City’s portal, allowing you to track the progress of your application.
For application forms and associated information, refer to the lodging a development application page.
Only complete applications will be accepted. If information is missing from the application package, you will receive an email within seven days requesting the additional information. The application will not be formally lodged until the additional information is received.
NOTE: The Planning Services team are available for in-person appointments at the City's administration centre at Level 2, 388 Hay Street, Subiaco. To book an appointment, please call the City on 9237 9222.
