The overall construction timeline is expected to take approximately 18 months. The following roads will be impacted as part of these works.
- Wunderlich Road - September 2025 to end of 2026
- The section of Wunderlich Road between Eakins Lane and Darbon Cres will be closed as and when there is concrete pour and delivery trucks on site. The road will remain open and accessible at all other times.
64 Price Street – Construction of Apartments

The overall construction timeline is expected to take approximately 18 months. March 2025 to Mid 2026.
- Pedestrian footpath on the eastern side of the site will be closed while works are ongoing, with the detour provided
- Stop hold scenario implementation during truck egress and ingress of site
- Full road closure will be in place during the concrete pours and deliveries at the site. The road will remain open and accessible at all other times.
22 Hood Street – Construction of Multi-storied Residential Apartments

- Northern footpath and parking bays marked in red below will be closed for the whole duration of the project with pedestrian detour provided.
- Southbound of Alvan St will be closed for the delivery of materials and tower crane installation.
