Bin repair or replacement service
Please complete the form below to request a bin repair (be sure to advise which part of the bin is damaged) – your request will be actioned on the next collection day. If the request is about a missing bin, the city will contact you to advise of the serial number for the missing bin. If, after three days, you are still unable to find the bin, a replacement bin will be delivered.
Requests for an additional or different-sized bin are required in writing from the property owner or strata manager. All requests are to be sent to email@example.com and should include your address and confirmation that you are authorised to request this action.

Bins that require repair or replacement should be placed on the verge on your bin day and left until the request is completed.
