COVID-19 rates relief
The City of Subiaco has implemented a number of initiatives to support ratepayers during the COVID-19 recovery.
To provide relief to ratepayers during the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no increase to the total rates levied for the 2020/21 financial year. Rates payable may vary for individual properties depending on the gross rental value and a number of other factors as provided by the Valuer-General. You can read more about how rates are calculated here.
The City will not charge interest on overdue rates and charges, and will waive instalment fees and payment arrangement fees. There will be no increase to waste services charges and the due date for rates payment will also be extended.
