Customer Service Administration Centre
If you prefer to speak with our customer service team in person, drop into our Rokeby Road Administration Centre open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (except public holidays) at 241 Rokeby Road, Subiaco.
Please note, the Administration Centre will open at 9am on the following dates: Thursday 27 February, Wednesday 25 March, Thursday 30 April, Thursday 28 May, Tuesday 30 June, Thursday 30 July, Thursday 27 August, Wednesday 30 September, Thursday 29 October and Thursday 26 November.
After-hours (emergencies only)
If you need emergency assistance (that does not require police attendance) outside of business hours, contact us on (08) 9237 9222. If you are involved in a life-threatening emergency, contact police, fire or ambulance services by calling 000 immediately.
If your property has been affected by storms or wild weather, contact:
- State Emergency Services (SES) on 132 500 for emergency assistance for storm and flood damage.
- Western Power on 13 13 51 to report a fault.
