The city of Subiaco is on the hunt for two local organisations to be sponsored as part of an intensive growth program for entrepreneurs and budding businesses.
The City of Subiaco is proud to announce a partnership with Curtin University to bring the Ignition Scholarship Program to Subiaco. The one-week training program is aimed at aspiring entrepreneurs, academics and corporate innovators and provides an opportunity to trial business ideas for the commercial environment.
Participants will have the opportunity to develop their idea into a real business proposition and will complete the program with a business plan presentation, a clear way forward for their business idea and the inspiration, motivation and tools required to commercialise their innovation.
The program is aimed at founders of an early stage business or anyone with a specific idea for a new or improved product or service.
To help potential participants on their way, the city will be hosting an information session on Thursday 30 May from 10am to 11am. For more details on the program, or to attend a workshop on a different date, visit the Curtin University website.
