The city is inviting public comment on an application for the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a 24 storey mixed-use development precinct comprising basement parking, restaurants, fast food outlets, shops, small bar, tavern, office and multiple dwellings at 10 Rokeby Road and 375 Roberts Road, Subiaco (the former Pavilion Market site).
The application meets the criteria for a Development Assessment Panel (DAP) application and will be determined by the Metro West Joint Development Assessment Panel.
The City of Subiaco will be preparing a Responsible Authority Report for the DAP and invites public submissions about the development application as part of this process. Plans can be viewed at Have Your Say Subiaco and any comments with respect to the application can be submitted via the online submission form.
Comments must be received by 5pm on Friday 14 December 2018.
