Community consultation plays an increasingly important role in shaping the City’s activities, services and strategic focus. In order to understand the pulse of the community, the City regularly assesses customer satisfaction through the Community Scorecard study. The information gathered from this study is used to inform strategic plans, service delivery, budgeting and areas for improvement.
2019 Community Scorecard results
In July and August 2019, the City commissioned a Perth-based research consultancy, Catalyse to undertake the Community Scorecard. The results of the survey are benchmarked again other Western Australian local governments and the City’s previous performance. We received many responses to the survey, thank you to everyone who took part. Your responses help us evaluate and plan the services we provide to our community.
