Zumba Gold

The City's age-friendly community classes have returned, but with some new procedures in place including increased cleaning and class size limits.
There is now a maximum of 40 participants in classes at Shenton Park Community Centre. Classes are first-come-first-served, so unfortunately some participants may miss out on a spot.

Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. 

Zumba Gold costs $5 or is included in your Lords membership.
