Gold Pilates

The City's age-friendly community classes have returned, but with some new procedures in place including increased cleaning and class size limits.
There is now a maximum of 45 participants in classes at The Palms Community Centre. Classes are first-come-first-served, so unfortunately some participants may miss out on a spot.

Gold Pilates is a fun class that improves mobility, builds strength and develops balance. A variety of Pilates based exercises performed sitting on a chair or standing with a chair for support. Informative, take-home tips to help you move more freely in your everyday life. 

Gold Pilates costs $5 or is included in your Lords membership.
