Free workshop – Maximise your heart rate
This November Lords is hosting a special Mental Health Week health and fitness workshop.
Exercise and mental health go hand in hand. It's proven that regular exercise can reduce stress and symptoms of mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety, and help with recovery from mental health issues.
In this workshop, you will learn how to exercise more effectively by maximising your heart rate and setting heart rate goals.
