There are a wide range of sporting clubs and facilities in the City of Subiaco. The city works closely with sport and recreation providers to foster the growth of successful and sustainable sport and recreation options in the area to meet the community's physical activity needs.
Are you new to Subiaco or wondering what physical activity to get your children involved in? Why not find a sport or join a club. Belonging to a sports team has more than just physical and health benefits, it provides opportunities to make friends, try something new and above all, have fun.
Rosalie Park is the home ground for the following sporting clubs and associations:
Nicholson Reserve is home to the Subiaco Petanque Club. Petanque provides a fantastic, low impact form of recreation for children and adults alike. The park is available to all community members, and a set of boules can be purchased from most sports stores.
Subiaco Kings Squash Club is located within Subiaco Football Club at the western end of the stadium on Roberts Road. Membership gives you access to all four courts whenever suits you.
The City of Subiaco has partnered with Sports Community to provide all grass roots sports clubs and volunteers affiliated with the city a free membership to Club Sport. Club Spot membership provides access to a huge library of support resources to help our sports clubs and volunteers succeed and thrive.

Fair Game Equipment Strategy
The City of Subiaco has partnered with Fair Game Australia to assist in the recycling of second hand sports equipment to be donated to communities in need.
Fair Game Australia recycles donated sports equipment from schools, community sporting groups and individuals, and redistributes it to communities in need. To aid in the collection of sporting equipment donations, Fair Game has placed blue donation bins in well-used community centres.
The City of Subiaco has a blue Fair Game donation bin at Lords Recreation Centre in the reception area. If you or your club would like to donate some second hand sporting equipment, please feel free to give Lords a visit and drop it inside the blue bins. For more information about Fair Game Australia, please visit their website.
Is your club or organisation struggling to find volunteers to fill committee positions or just help out around the place? The City of Subiaco’s volunteering service has a dual role serving both the needs of volunteers and not-for-profit agencies. As a matchmaker the hub matches volunteers with the agencies that need them.
