Positive ageing
Survey: tell us what matters to you
Poitive ageing survey
COVID-19 has significantly impacted the lives of older residents living in the City of Subiaco. Community events and activities now feature COVID safe measures. To support community recovery, you can take part in a quick survey to help us deliver services that are relevant, fun and safe for older residents.
Complete the online survey before Thursday 21 January 2021. You can also contact the City on 9237 9222 to request a hard copy of the survey or collect one from Subiaco Library, the Administration Centre or Lords Recreation Centre.
