SubiFit

Subifit.jpgSubiFit is a free initiative aimed at community members aged eighteen to sixty who are interested in improving their fitness, but aren’t sure where to start.

SubiFit initiatives are a great way to take control of your physical health in a warm, welcoming and supportive environment as you train alongside others with motivation and direction from professional trainers. The program is open to anyone who lives, works or plays within the City of Subiaco.

The city is currently evaluating the 2017 SubiFit program. The program included the following initiatives

City to Surf SubiFit team.

Suppport was offered to participants to complete the 4km or 12km run or walk.

SubiFit Classes

Free easy to follow outdoor exercise classes ran at two locations in the city over the course of three months.  The program incorporated free monthly health and fitness workshops, held by qualified trainers from Lords Recreation centre.
