EMCO Building – on behalf of their client, Devwest – will be commencing significant sewer works on a project located near the Subiaco town centre that may affect you.
From Monday 24 July for a period of four weeks, some diversions and road closures will be in place.
The project is located at 263 – 277 Hay Street and 17 – 19 Olive Street.
The works have been staged by EMCO Building to help minimise impact on nearby residents, road users, and pedestrians.
All stages include a closure of a small section of Churchill Avenue (between Townshend Road and Olive Street, or at the intersection of Churchill Avenue and Olive Street) with detours in place for local traffic. Those directly affected should have received a letter from the contractor with more details.
