Lords Recreation Centre has a range of fun, active school holiday events that are sure to keep the kids entertained this summer break.
The program of events is focused on developing confidence, teamwork, and coordination, and is facilitated by experienced, qualified program leaders.
Each event is aimed at kids aged 6 to 11, and parents are not required to stay within the centre during the session.
Slime Day - Wednesday 17 January, 9am to 3pm, $65
Kids will make slime creations to take home with them, and also play fun court activities and swim in the Lords pool. Wear play clothes and remember to pack morning tea, lunch, closed-in shoes and a pair of bathers.
Amazing Race - Friday 19 January, 9am to 3pm, $65
Kids will join forces to conquer challenges, learn new skills, and solve clues in the pursuit of Amazing Race victory! Pack morning tea, lunch, closed-in shoes and bathers for a swim in the pool.
Sports Carnival Day - Monday 22 January, 9am to 3pm, $65
Dress up in your favourite sporting gear and enjoy activities and games on the courts for all abilities and skill levels. Bring a packed morning tea, lunch, closed-in shoes and a pair of bathers.
Pool Party - Wednesday 24 January, 9am to 3pm, $65
Beat the summer heat with some fun in the pool. Kids will also play court games, so don't forget to bring closed-in shoes, and pack morning tea and lunch.
Brick 4 Kids Lego Day - Monday 29 January, 9am to 3pm, $65
Special guests from Brick 4 Brick are hosting an exlusive LEGO workshop at Lords. Kids will receive a LEGO gift to take home, and a robotics masterclass. The day will also include court games and a swim in the pool, so bring morning tea, lunch, closed-in shoes and bathers.
