E-permit parking is coming

A new e-permit parking system will be rolled out in the City of Subiaco in November, to replace the old paper permits.

Mayor David McMullen said, “Our online system allows residents to apply for parking permits in just a couple of steps, with permits instantly valid from the time they’re approved.

“E-Permits put you in charge of the management of your permits, and can't be lost or stolen.

“Current permit holders will be transferred across to the new system by City staff, and you’ll be directly contacted when this has been completed for you.

"This is all part of making our City a modern place to live and work; and the e-permit system will be as efficient, and user-friendly and intuitive, as possible.

"However, we appreciate that technological change does not come easily for everyone in our community and there will be measures in place to assist. If you need help with the system, contact the Compliances Services team on 9237 9222 or email complianceservices@subiaco.wa.gov.au."
