The City values its rich and unique heritage, and appreciates the dedication of home owners who work to conserve and enhance their heritage properties, and, in turn, the stunning heritage of our suburbs.
The City’s heritage grants fund demonstrates its commitment to landowners who want to make alterations or improvements to their property, to contribute to the enhancement of Subiaco’s built heritage.
At its November Ordinary Council Meeting, Council awarded seven grants for works to heritage properties. This round of applications included re-pointing an original brick chimney, rebuilding a verandah, and replacing a deteriorated timber sash window.
