City supports iconic event once more

The City of Subiaco is once again supporting UnWined Subiaco – an iconic annual event that creates Subiaco’s very own wine region for one weekend.

Visitors and local alike will descend on Market Square Park on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 October to discover and sample some of the best local and state boutique wineries, craft brewers and distillers.

This year features over 60 exhibitors including Cherubino – which has a city cellar in the heart of Subiaco – and local favourite, Subiaco Hotel.

Subiaco business have joined with UnWined Subiaco to offer ticket holders special offers over the course of the weekend to encourage event-goers to spill out into the town centre and linger longer.

City of Subiaco Mayor David McMullen said he was looking forward to welcoming people to Subiaco for what has become an iconic WA event.

“The City of Subiaco – through our destination brand, See Subiaco – is the founding partner of UnWined Subiaco and we’re proud to support this unique event once more,” he said.

“The culinary scene is an important part of the fabric of Subiaco, and UnWined Subiaco has contributed to this for many years now, encouraging people to support local restaurants, bars and boutique beverage producers.

“I welcome all food and wine lovers to our City. Enjoy the festivities of UnWined Subiaco, and stay to appreciate the many fantastic venues and retailers that call Subiaco home all year round.”
