The City of Subiaco is preparing to farewell football this month with the last ever Australian Rules game to be played at Subiaco Oval.
The McDonald’s WAFL Grand Final will be held at Domain Stadium for the final time on Sunday 24 September. The historic game will showcase some of the best football Western Australia has to offer. Football fans can be part of history in a game that will encapsulate the spirit of the WAFL competition and illustrate the tradition and importance of state football.
Grand final day activities will include a kids' footy fan zone, WA Football Legends Parade, one final kick-to-kick on the hallowed turf and plenty more family friendly activities. Free parking on WAFL Grand Final day
To celebrate this historic event, the City of Subiaco is offering free parking in all city owned and operated carparks on WAFL Grand Final Day. Parking at non-City of Subiaco carparks may be charged. Please refer to signage on the day, or download our parking map for free carpark locations.
